TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 TO 25 YEARS OLD WHO HAVE BEEN ASSESSED AS BEING DEVELOPMENTALLY DELAYED AND HAVING A SEVERE LEARNING DIFFICULTY, AND MUST HAVE ONE OR MORE SENSORY HANDICAPS, AND MAY ALSO HAVE A PHYSICAL HANDICAP. EACH YOUNG PERSON MUST ALSO BE RESIDING IN THE SOUTH EAST THAMES AUTHORITY AREA.
