TO PROMOTE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND THE PUBLIC RECOGNITION OF THE WRITINGS, THOUGHT, AND CONTRIBUTION TO THE ARTS OF THE POWYS FAMILY, PARTICULARLY OF JOHN COWPER, THEODORE AND LLEWELYN, AND ALSO INCLUDING THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY AND THEIR CLOSE ASSOCIATES.
