Charitable objects
(A) TO MAINTAIN, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND PRESERVE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO OPEN TO THE PUBLIC EXBURY GARDENS IN HAMPSHIRE. (B) TO ADVANCE HORTICULTURAL SCIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. (C) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER OBJECTS OR PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND FOR THE TIME BEING IN FORCE.
