Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE “OBJECTS”) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 4.1.1 THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF THOSE IN NEED AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE MOST DISADVANTAGED MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMELESS PERSONS, PERSONS SUFFERING FROM PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS, OFFENDERS, EX-OFFENDERS, THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING AND THEIR FAMILIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH MATTERS RELATING TO HOUSING, DEBT, EMPLOYMENT, FAMILY AND OVERCOMING ADDICTION; 4.1.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH PROMOTING AND FACILITATING THE ENTRY INTO EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION OR TRAINING OF DISADVANTAGED MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OFFENDERS, EX-OFFENDERS AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING; 4.1.3 TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
