Charitable objects
A) TO RESCUE AND PROVIDE CARE AND SHELTER FOR ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF THEIR BEING SICK, MALTREATED, STRAY, NEGLECTED OR UNWANTED AND WHERE NECESSARY TO ARRANE THE PAINLESS DESTRUCTION OF AN ANIMAL IN THE CARE OF THE FOUNDATION (ONLY WHEN IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE ANIMAL) B) TO PLACE STRAY AND UNWANTED ANIMALS IN NEW HOMES WHEN SUITABLE HOMES CAN BE FOUN. C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUATION OF TH PUBLIC IN ANIMAL OWNERSHIP, CARE, AND METHODS OF TREATMENT, NURSING AND CONSERVATION, AND THE PREVENTION OF CURELTY TOANIMALS, PROVIDED THAT THE TERM "ANIMAL" SHALL FOR THE PURPOSES HEROF BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE BIRDS, REPTILES AND FISH.
