Charitable objects
(A) DURING THE LIFE OF THE SETTLOR TO SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE SETTLOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BY NOTICE IN WRITING TO THE TRUSTEES DIRECT. (B) AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SETTLOR TO SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE HAVING REGARD TO ANY DIRECTIONS GIVEN OR WISHES EXPRESSED BY THE SETTLOR TO THE TRUSTEES.
