(A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES FOR STUDENTS AT NENE COLLEGE, NORTHAMPTON OR ANY OTHER PLACE OF FURTHER EDUCATION, PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO THOSE STUDENTS WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS ARE RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF NORTHAMPTON OR THE COUNTY OF NORTHAMPTONSHIRE. (B) FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR FURCHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
