THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF THE DISABLED BY PROVIDING THEM WITH MEANS OF PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION IN PARTICULAR BY RAIL, THE RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF OBJECTS OF HISTORICAL INTEREST AND BEAUTY AS WELL AS PRACTICAL UTILITY WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCES TO RAILWAYS AND OTHER FORMS OF TRANSPORT AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH RAILWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
