TO PROVIDE FOR THE RESCUE AND RELIEF OF THE PUBLIC AFFECTED BY DISASTER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AND WITHOUT CONSIDERATION OF THEIR RACE, COLOUR, POLITICS OR RELIGION EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS INCLUDING AMATEUR RADIO SATELLITE SYSTEMS ALSO TO EDUCATE BY ASSISTANCE, ADVICE AND INSTRUCTION LOCAL RADIO OPERATORS IN DISASTER AREAS WITH THE MEANS AVAILABLE TO ESTABLISH EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES PREVAILING.
