TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY ESTABLISHING MAINTAINING AND CONDUCTING A DAY CENTRE OR RESIDENTIAL HOME FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF PERSONS OR EITHER SEX WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM ANY CHRONIC OR TERMINAL ILLNESS.
