TO PROMOTE SWIMMING AND OTHER LEISURE TIME PURSUITS FOR THE BENEFIT OF DISABLED PEOPLE, WHETHER PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY AFFECTED LIVING, WITHIN THE DOWNHAM MARKET AREA AND TO ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST THEM IN ANY MANNER DEEMED NOW OR HEREAFTER BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABOVE PURSUITS.
