MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 10TH OCTOBER 1989 AS AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION 21 MAY 2008 AND CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION DATED 17 JULY 2008
Charitable objects
(1) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION. (2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR MEN AND WOMEN WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.(3) TO PROVIDE IMPROVE AND MANAGE HOUSES OR HOSTELS PROVIDING RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION FOR MEN AND WOMEN OF ALL AGES IN NEED. (4) TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND REHABILITATION FOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN BURY ST. EDMUNDS AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WHO THROUGH THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED AND UNABLE TO GAIN EMPLOYMENT OR FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION BY PROVIDING THEM FOR A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING TWO YEARS IN THE CASE OF ANY ONE INDIVIDUAL FACILITIES FOR WORK EXPERIENCE AND SUCH TRAINING AS WILL ENABLE THEM TO ACQUIRE AND DEVELOP VOCATIONAL SKILLS. (5) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES WITH THE OBJECT OF DEVELOPING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES
