(B) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PRESERVE AND CONSERVE THE WILD BIRD LIFE AND TO PRESERVE, CONSERVE AND IMPROVE THE WIDER ENVIRONMENT ON WHICH WILD BIRDS DEPEND IN THE COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE.
