(II) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONS WORKING IN THE FIELD OF ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS AND THE PUBLIC GENERALLY IN PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM THE USE AND/OR MISUSE OF ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS. (III) THE RELIEF OF PVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF WOMEN RESULTING FROM ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS.
