TO RELIEVE HANDICAPPED PERSONS RESIDENT OF ENGLAND AND OVERSEAS BY THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
