TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF EXCHANGE VISITS FOR STUDENTS OF LANGUAGES AND SOCIAL STUDIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, RUSSIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES.
