THE FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED TO FURTHER EDUCATION BY PROVIDING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC A DEPOSITORY OF WRITTEN WORK IN PARTICLAR THE WORK OF AFRICAN PEOPLE OR PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT.
