MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED ON THE 23RD MARCH 1989 AS AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION DATED THE 5TH OCTOBER 1989

Charitable objects

(1) TO RELIEVE DISABLED PERSONS BY THE PROVISIONS OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER FORMS OF ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO CONSTRUCT THEIR OWN HOMES AND BY THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR DISABLED PERSONS IN THE FIELD OF HOME CONSTRUCTION; AND (II) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION ABOUT THE MEANS BY WHICH DISABLED PERSONS MAY, WITH APPROPRIATE ASSISTANCE, BE ENABLED TO CONSTRUCT AND LIVE IN THEIR OWN HOMES.
