TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN THEAREA OF BENEFIT. TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THCHILDREN, SENIOR CITIZENS AND OTHERS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATON, PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS.
