TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF CARE AND ACCOMMODATION FOR CATS AND KITTENS IN LUTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND PROTECTION BY REASONS OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO AND SUFFERING AMONG SUCH CATS AND KITTENS.
