TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE JEWISH RELIGION BY RELIGIOUS INSTUCTION AND TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN JEWISH CULTURE ETHICS AND CODES IN PARTICULAR BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ACADEMY FOR THE LEARNING OF HIGHER RABBINICAL STUDIES AND JEWISH LEARNING IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARDS AND RULES OF JEWISH LAW AS INTERPRETED BY THE UNION OF ORTHODOX HEBREW CONREGATIONS AND ESPECIALLY FOR THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MEN NORMALLY RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AT SUCH AN ACADEMY IN LONDON ENGLAND TO BE CALLED "TIFERETH SHOLOM KOLLEL" IN MEMORY OF THE LATE RABBI S SCHNITZLER.
