TO PROMOTE THE CARE OF AND ATTENTION TO ALL SEABIRDS AND OTHER CREATURES INJURED BY OIL AND OTHER POLLUTANTS FOUND ALONG THE SOUTH EAST COAST OF ENGLAND: TO INSTITUTE PROMOTE UNDERTAKE ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST RESEARCH INTO THE LEVELS OF OIL AND OTHER POLLUTANTS DEPOSITED IN THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF: TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO THE FOREGOING SUBJECTS.
