TO ADVANCE EDUATION AND LEARNING, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE EDUCATION IN LONDON OF STUDENTS WHO BY NATIONALITY OR DOMICILE APPERTAIN TO OTHER COUNTRIES OR ARE STATELESS, WHETHER ALONE OR TOGETHER WITH LONDON STUDENTS, AND OF PERSONS CONCERNED WITH OVERSEAS STUDENTS. 2. IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROIVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH STUDENTS.
