ST. CUTHBERT'S CENTRE WAS SET UP IN 1990 TO RELIEVE POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS IN GREATER LONDON. ITS MISSION STATEMENT IS 'PROVING THE COMMUNITY CARES', WHICH IT DOES BY PROVIDING A SAFE HAVEN AND A VARIETY OF SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE HOMELESS AND OTHERS WHO HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO GO AND NO-ONE ELSE TO TURN TO FOR HELP. IT IS OPEN 5 DAYS A WEEK.
