Charitable objects
1. TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PATCHAM AND STANMER WARDS OF THE BOROUGH OF BRIGHTON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS. 2. TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
