Charitable objects

(A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE MILLMEAD AND DANE VALLEY AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER WITH LOCAL INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR CREATIVE AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES (B) TO MANAGE THE NEIGHBOURHOOD CENTRE IN CO-OPERATION WITH THE APPROPRIATE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER PERSONS AND ORGANISATIONS IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.
