FOLLOWING YEARLY SUMS TO BE PAID: 1) ú2 IN AUGMENTATION OF THE INCOME OF THE KEPIER ALMSHOUSE CHARITY; 2) ú5 TO THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE KEPIER EXHIBITION TRUST FOR APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBSISTING TRUSTS; 3) RELIEF OF PERSONS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN THE PARISHES OF BOURNMOOR, SOUTH BIDDICK AND WEST RAINTON IN THE COUNTY OF DURHAM, THE PARISHES OF HETTON AND WARDEN LAW IN THE COUNTY OF TYNE AND WEAR AND THOSE PARTS OF THE BOROUGH OF SUNDERLAND AND THE PARISH OF FRAMWELLGATE MOOR WHICH FORMERLY CONSTITUTED PART OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF HOUGHTON LE SPRING.
