1) AS TO ONE THIRD OF THE YEARLY INCOME FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF SELBY. 2) AS TO ONE THIRD OF THE YEARLY INCOME IN AUGMENTING THE INCOME OF THE SELBY ALMSHOUSE AND POOR'S CHARITY. 3) AS TO THE REMAINING ONE THIRD PART THEREOF BY PAYING THE SAME TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF SELBY ABBEY.
