INCOME BENEFITS THE RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH OF PAKENHAM IN SUFFOLK, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE TRUST DEED. DUE REGARD IS PAID TO THE COMMISSION'S GUIDANCE ON PUBLIC BENEFIT, ONE THIRD OF INCOME IS PAID TO THE CHURCH FOR ITS MAINTENANCE AND INSURANCE, ONE THIRD IS PAID TO THE TRUSTEES OF PAKENHAM EDUCATIONAL TRUST AND ONE THIRD IS PAID TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE PAKENHAM CHARITIES FOR THE POOR.
