TO PROMOTE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE OBJECT OR CHARITABLE OBJECTS OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT BY THE TRUSTEES IN URBAN AREAS WITHIN THE DIOCESE OF BRISTOL WHICH ARE IN NEED OF SPIRITUAL AND MATERIAL ASSISTANCE BY REASON OF SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CHANGES WITH A VIEW TO SUPPORTING AND REINFORCING THE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND AMONG THE PEOPLE OF THOSE AREAS.
