Charitable objects
THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”), WHICH HAVE BEEN EXPRESSLY AGREED TO AND APPROVED BY THE DIRECTORS, ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: 4.1 TO AID AND IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF PEOPLE WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS BY ANY LAWFUL MEANS INCLUDING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) BY BRINGING TOGETHER PEOPLE WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND PERSONS CARING FOR OR INTERESTED IN PEOPLE WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS; (B) BY PROVIDING ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND THEIR CARERS; (C) BY PROVIDING SUBSIDISED OXYGEN THERAPY AND COMPLEMENTARY MEDICAL THERAPIES FOR PEOPLE WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND THEIR CARERS; (D) BY PROVIDING OXYGEN THERAPY AND COMPLEMENTARY MEDICAL THERAPIES FOR PEOPLE WITH OTHER CONDITIONS.
