THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THAT AREA COMPRISING THE VILLAGES OF HARTLEY WINTNEY AND HOOK AND ADJACENT AREAS OF SUCH OTHER PERSONS AS THE GENERAL PRACTITIONERS OF THE HARTLEY WINTNEY SUGERY AND HOOK SURGERY SHALL DEEM TO BE IN NEED BY THE PURCHASE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF SURGERY EQUIPMENT, NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE TO BE USED BY DOCTORS, NURSES AND FOR OTHERS HAVING NEED THEREOF IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
