Charitable objects
FOR OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND TO MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE FOUNDER MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BY NOTICE IN WRITING TO THE TRUSTEES DIRECT. THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR (I) THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE MAINTAINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF BLANDFORD UPPER SCHOOL AND OTHER SCHOOLS IN THE BLANDFORD AREA; (II) THE CREATION OF SCHOLARSHIPS OR BURSERIES OR PRIZES OR OTHER AWARDS TO PUPILS AT THE SAID BLANDFORD UPPER SCHOOL OR OTHER SCHOOLS IN THE BLANDFORD AREA.
