Charitable objects
(1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS IN THE COUNTY OF OXFORDSHIRE WHO HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF FIFTY YEARS OR WHO HAVE RETIRED FROM FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT. (2) TO PROVIDE, OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF, FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES AS AFORESAID BY REASON OF THEIR AGE OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED.
