THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE RELIEF OF DISABLED AND/OR AGED PERSONS IN THE BOROUGH OF BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE HART AND EAST HAMPSHIRE IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF A TRANSPORT FACILITY FOR SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE UNABLE TO USE CONVENTIONAL PUBLIC TRANSPORT OR WHERE THE USE OF SUCH PUBLIC TRANSPORT WOULD BE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT.
