TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME AND OTHER RELATED ILLNESSES IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION ADVICE AND SUPPORT AND THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC EDUCATION AND RESEARCH INTO THE DISEASE PROVIDED THAT THE USEFUL RESULTS OF ANY SUCH RESEARCH ARE FULLY DISSEMINATED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
