Charitable objects
5.1 THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED ARE:
(A) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAITH AND PRACTICE OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, IN PARTICULAR BY FURTHERING THE MISSION OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, AND
(B) TO ADVANCE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE ANCILLARY TO THE FURTHERANCE OF THE PURPOSE REFERRED TO IN PARAGRAPH (A).
5.2 THE CHARITY'S LAND AND BUILDINGS KNOWN AS ST. WILLIAM'S COLLEGE ('THE PROPERTY') ARE DESIGNATED LAND AND, SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 5.4 BELOW, MUST BE USED FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN CLAUSE 5.1.
5.4 WHEN NOT BEING USED FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN CLAUSE 5.1, THE PROPERTY CAN BE USED TO GENERATE AN INCOME TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY AND FURTHER THE SAID CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
