4.2 THE CARE OF AND COLLECTION OF STRAY AND UNWANTED DOGS INCLUDING THE CARE OF INJURED DOGS AND HUMANE DESTRUCTION;
4.3 TO ENCOURAGE, FACILITATE AND PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERSHIP AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES ANCILLARY THERETO AND TO CARRY OUT THE SAID CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
