TO RELIEVE POVERTY CAUSED BY SICKNESS OR DISABLEMENT SUFFERED BY ANY EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY OR BY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY DEEM TO BE A DEPENDANT OR DEPENDANTS OF ANY SUCH PRESENT OR FORMER OR DECEASED EMPLOYEE BY THE GRANT OF LUMP SUM ANNUAL PAYMENTS OR OTHER FINANCIAL AID FOR SUCH PERIOD OR PERIODS OF SUCH AMOUNT AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES ACTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DEED MAY DEEM FIT.
