THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE SOUTH WESTERN COUNTIES OF ENGLAND AND WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC OR TERMINAL DISEASE AND TO RELIEVE THE FAMILIES OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED,HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
