FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING EDUCATION BY PROVIDING FUNDS TO ASSIST THE SCHOOL IN IMPROVING FACILITIES AS NECESSARY AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE SCHOOL, WHERE THESE ARE NOT ABLE TO BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE SCHOOL BUDGET OPERATING AT THE TIME.
