THE RELIEF OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF LICENSED CLERGYMEN OF THE CHURCH IN WALES WHO ARE AND HAVE FOR TWELVE MONTHS BEEN WORKING IN THE DIOCESE OF SWANSEA AND BRECON AND ALSO OF RETIRED CLERGYMEN, AND WIDOWS, HOUSEKEEPERS OR OTHER DEPENDANTS OF ANY DECEASED CLERGYMEN WHO DURING THEIR MINISTRY HAD WORKED FOR MORE THAN TWELVE MONTHS IN THE SAID AREA.
