THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION TO PERSONS FROM DEVELOPING AND THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES IN PARTICULAR AGRICULTURAL METHODS WITH A VIEW TO SUCH PERSONS BECOMING DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF SUCH METHODS WITHIN THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY OF THEIR COUNTRIES IN A MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREINAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.
