THE PRESERVATION REPAIR MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENT UPKEEP BEAUTIFICATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF CHURCHES IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AND OF MONUMENTS FITTINGS FIXTURES STAINED GLASS FURNITURE ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN SUCH CHURCHES AND OF THE CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO ANY SUCH CHURCHES AND THE TRUSTEES MAY AT ANY TIME AND FROM TIME TO TIME PAY OR TRANSFER ANY PART OR PARTS OF THE INCOME OR CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND TO THE HISTORIC CHURCHES PRESERVATION TRUST FOR ANY SIMILAR CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OTHER THAN IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
