TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY ELDERLY FROM THE AFRO-CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE .
