Charitable objects
TO PAY OR APPLY THE ANNUAL INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO OR FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF SUCH ONE OR MORE OF THE CHARITABLE BENEFICIARIES IN SUCH AMOUNTS AND IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT. "CHARITABLE BENEFICIARY" MEANS AN INSTITUTION TRUST OR ASSOCIATION COMPANY OR OTHER ORGANISATION WHICH IS CHARITABLE AND WHOSE PURPOSE OR OBJECT OR ONE OF WHOSE PURPOSES OR OBJECTS IS OR INCLUDES THE CONSERVATION PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION OF THE NATURAL BEAUTY OF THE COUNTRYSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
