TO RELIEVE PATIENTS LIVING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM AND TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE GOOD HEALTH OF SUCH PERSONS.
