A. TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS. B. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF SUCH PERSONS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH CARE EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.
