Charitable objects

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE: (1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY, DEPRIVATION AND DISTRESS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD; AND (2) TO RELIEVE HUNGER, WHETHER CHRONIC OR TEMPORARY, BY WAY OF EMERGENCY INTERVENTION AND/OR ESTABLISHING REHABILITATION PROGRAMMES. NOTHING IN THE OBJECTS SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES THAT ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005.
