TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF CHILDMINDERS AND OTHERS PROVIDING DAY CARE FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN UNDER EIGHT AND TO CONDUCT RESEARCH INTO THE CARE,RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF SUCH CHILDREN AND PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
